- Design and development of the Full Stack architecture, database, and REST API.

- Complete implementation of the core functionality (MVP): 5-step mental dump module with integration of 4 algorithmic scoring methods (5S HB+, ICE, Eisenhower, Value/Effort).

- Creation of the Dashboard and idea bank (dynamic sliders, project links), and development of an arbitration engine managing prioritization flows according to restrictive state rules (persistence and conditional replacement).

As part of a small team, active participation in the entire development cycle, from design to deployment of business applications.

- Participation in the design and development of a business SaaS in the real estate diagnostics sector, covering the entire cycle (prospecting, appointment scheduling, field intervention management, sales).

- Design and evolution of REST APIs used by multiple applications (web, mobile, internal tools).

- Creation of a field mobile application for technicians, with data synchronization with the backend.

- Implementation of a multi-role web platform for monitoring and validating training skills (access and profile management).

- Integration of websites with business functionalities: quote forms, automated email sending, service presentation.

- Development of a secure desktop application allowing data synchronization between two systems as part of an application migration.
