Three main applications developed:

I. Development of a lead order management application for all group agencies

Main challenges:
• Replace a time-consuming workflow based on excel with an automated system
• Automatic creation of excel files and sending to suppliers each month by quinteplace
• Orders of leads by agency, by supplier, by department
• Create a process for acquiring data entered by users (agency directors and assistants)
• Allow lead ordering by consultants with limits based on past months' KPIs
• Allow stopping certain orders or making additional orders mid-month
Contributions:
• Creation of the application as a SPA (single page application) as it is intended to be connected with CRM and other APIs
• Use of Vuejs router, Vuex (now Pinia), stores, modules
• Management of different roles with differentiated actions according to profile type
• API development
• Backend setup with Laravel
• Creation of metric uploaders (several KPIs for each agency, supplier, department combination) by excel to help with volume choices
• Creation of an order system by consultant with lead attribution algorithm based on required business rules
• Order reception validation system by suppliers with cryptographic proof
• Full autonomy for administrators who can fully configure the application

• Allow downloading results in PDF format with different graphic charts according to the Group's entity
Contributions:
• API connection with CRM for consultant information import
• Simulations made by iteration, giving very precise day-by-day results (unlike most other simulators which make yearly approximations).
