My name is Kévin, and IT is a passion. After training in systems and network administration, I am updating my skills today to serve individuals, VSEs, and associations in Mazamet and the Thoré valley, in the Tarn region.

On a daily basis, I help install, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux systems, I build custom PCs, and I advise on the right configuration according to each person's actual needs, no need to pay for power that will never be used. I also know how to set up and administer more advanced environments: Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, WDS, WSUS, Active Directory servers, as well as virtualization solutions, for structures that need them.

One topic is particularly close to my heart right now: Windows 10 will stop its free security updates on October 13, 2026. Many perfectly functional PCs will be sidelined even though they still have many years of life ahead of them. I offer a simple solution to continue using them serenely, without buying new hardware.

Before IT, several years spent in direct contact with the public (reception, priority management, listening to sometimes poorly formulated needs) taught me to remain calm, clear, and patient, reflexes that are as important as technical skills when troubleshooting for someone.

I prefer written communication, without unnecessary jargon, with a genuine concern for closeness and trust.
