SOLUTION DESIGN

- Participate in design phases with the support of an Experienced or Senior Solution Consultant

- Train the client on the product

- Write detailed specifications for specific development identified during the general design phase

- Advise the client on solution choices based on their needs

PREPARATION FOR PRODUCTION DEPLOYMENT

- Formalize test scenarios and test cases to:

- - verify the conformity of developments with detailed specifications

- - detect any anomalies

- Perform internal tests before delivery and ensure bug fixes

- Train and support the client in the configuration phase

DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT & CLIENT MONITORING

- Support the client during acceptance testing and dry run

- Conduct training sessions for users (organize sessions, prepare materials)

- Participate in the solution launch and assist the client during production deployment with the support of an experienced or senior consultant

- Advise the client and propose solutions for encountered issues

- Qualify client issues and requests in production.

The mission involved a complete redesign of the site with the integration of a new theme and graphic adjustments to improve visual identity and ergonomics. I corrected various technical bugs and optimized loading speed to ensure smooth and efficient navigation. New modules were installed to expand functionalities and meet the client's specific needs. Finally, personalized support was provided through practical advice and dedicated training, enabling the client to effectively manage their site daily while gaining autonomy.

The mission focused on the complete migration of a Joomla site to WordPress to modernize the infrastructure and facilitate content management. I handled the integration and configuration of modules specific to the client's activity to meet their business needs. Data migration was carried out rigorously to ensure the continuity and reliability of information. Additionally, I provided personalized support with strategic advice and tailored training, enabling the client to be fully autonomous in using their new WordPress site and leveraging its features.
