After assisting several e-commerce brands in developing their custom Shopify theme and with years of experience in the Shopify ecosystem, I noticed that one of the biggest challenges for a brand is to have a theme that they have 100% control over.

This allows them to be autonomous and manage their site, especially during promotional periods, without having to go through an external provider.

However, most existing Shopify themes leave little room for customization, and "custom-made" themes are often very difficult to maintain and manage, due to a lack of time for the development.

So Shape is a French brand that sells slimming products in the form of Challenges, including meals and snacks for 5, 14, or 28 days.

To improve conversions and offer a better mobile experience, they needed a redesign of their site, which was already on Shopify.

I therefore carried out a redesign of the store by customizing a new Shopify theme according to an established mockup. The challenge of this project was the complexity of the purchase process, which is very different from a classic Shopify site. I had to implement a fully custom solution to build a "Build a box" system, allowing customers to create their own challenge by choosing their flavors.

In mid-2020, a new brand "Brkfst" was launched, and I was responsible for creating this new site from scratch.

In mid-2021, a new version of the Challenges site, whose design I integrated, was launched.

In September 2022, a new version of the Challenges site was launched, with a theme created "from scratch" allowing much more customization by the client, directly in the theme editor.

Wopilo is a French brand that sells pillows and bedding to improve customers' sleep.

To improve mobile usability and launch their new products, they needed a redesign of their site, which was already on Shopify.

I therefore carried out a redesign of the store by customizing a new Shopify theme according to an established mockup. The challenge of this project was the creation of a Bundle type product for their new bedding set, which allowed selecting multiple products to compose it. I had to implement a fully custom solution to build this selection, allowing customers to create their own bedding set.
