Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of BioSample, a company launched in 2016 with €5,000 in capital and now generating €1.8 million in revenue, I learned to build, structure, and grow a company from scratch.
I designed simple, robust, and scalable systems: automation with n8n Self-Hosted, management of business workflows (purchasing, sales, logistics, accounting) via an ERP (Odoo), management of e-commerce platforms Magento 2 & Hyvä, structuring of accounting, HR, logistics, etc.
All these processes allowed me to implement and manage our quality management system, certified ISO 9001 by AFNOR for three years.
