Management of the co-working and seminar activity for an event venue of over 2500m2, comprising 40 offices, 7 meeting rooms, and 3 reception areas.

- Achieved a 100% occupancy rate for the co-working space.

- Daily management of relations with co-workers and organization of internal events.

- Financial structuring of seminar offers (meetings, study days, after-work, company evenings etc.).

- Implementation of processes, commercial tools, and project management tools (Quickbooks, No.CRM).

- Commercial relations with major accounts (Allianz, L'Oreal, BNP, Engie, DHL etc.) and support until the day of the event.

- Recruitment and management of external service providers (catering, entertainment, stage management).

- Responsible for operations and monitoring the profitability of event projects.
