Mission Objective:

My objectives are to frame the project around the company's data, propose an architecture to structure the data, set up the infrastructure for data collection and preparation, storage, and data visualization for decision-making for the finance, sales, purchasing, and production departments.

Tasks Performed:

• I conducted a client needs assessment to identify key stakeholders involved in the project, understand the business needs, familiarize myself with the information system and its tools to gather project-related data.

• I worked in collaboration with the business units.

• I drafted the project scoping document and planned the project.

• I drafted the requirements specification document.

• I defined the data architecture in the cloud Fabric service.

• I prepared, collected, and copied data from various data sources using orchestrated pipelines (pipeline, dataflow gen1, dataflow gen2, notebook) to store the data in a structured lakehouse: db_bronze (raw data), db_silver (cleaned and normalized data), db_gold (aggregated data ready for consumption: semantic models, KPIs).

• I created work environments for development, testing, and production with security management rules.

• I created the star schema relational model to build my tables (Dimensions and Fact tables) and structure the information (semantic model).

• I have a template for Power BI reports.

• I developed an interactive and dynamic Power BI report based on my semantic model to monitor the group's revenue, exploit and visualize data for decision-making.

Mission Objective:

My objective is to analyze the financial and logistical data of the group, key performance indicators to monitor sales, results, and logistical flows of the IDEA group for decision-making.

Tasks Performed:

• I conducted a client needs assessment to identify key stakeholders involved in the project, understand the business needs, familiarize myself with the information system and its tools to gather project-related data.

• I created the star schema relational model to build my tables and structure the information.

• I performed data extraction and transformation in the ERP systems: Proginov and Sage to exploit them and report on the Power BI reporting tool.

• I created the visual interface for KPIs and the necessary measures using the DAX programming language to ensure a clear presentation of the data according to client needs and add value to the data.

• I created work environments for development, testing, and production with security management rules.

• I conducted tests by defined users, ensured data security, and published the KPIs on Power BI online for use.

• I drafted documentation to explain the steps in designing the developed tools and a user manual.

• I trained users on understanding and using Power BI.

• I integrated the Power BI tool into Power to facilitate presentations and schedule daily data updates.

• Implemented the architecture for the development, testing, and deployment of a Power BI tool.

My Objective:

My objective is to analyze, plan, and execute the release of the SAFE project and ensure the smooth running of the LOA project: which involves managing consignment stocks and providing reports to clients through tools & KPIs.

Tasks Performed:

• I conducted a project study to identify and engage with all involved teams for the projects, as well as the relevant IT data.

• I implemented new tools to monitor actions for the smooth running of the projects.

• I worked with the PURCHASING, Logistics, and Sales Administration teams to implement new processes for optimizing stock logistics, repatriation, and component sales.

• I implemented and improved tools & KPIs to ensure data traceability on financial flows, stocks, and supplier performance.

• I managed communication with the international client THALES and its suppliers.
