As part of the Bolloré IS integration team, I led the modernization of the company's critical data flows.

My main mission was to design and implement sophisticated batch processes for the massive migration of data between heterogeneous systems. I developed over 15 complex MuleSoft flows integrating specific connectors (SFTP, databases, third-party APIs) and advanced DataWeave transformations to ensure data integrity. I also implemented a robust error management framework and automatic retry mechanisms, reducing manual interventions by 80%.

My work successfully migrated over 10 million records while maintaining 24/7 service continuity.

Client: ADEME - Agency for Ecological Transition

For nearly 3 years at ADEME, I actively contributed to the agency's digital transformation by developing their strategic API platform.

My role encompassed the entire API lifecycle: from RAML design to production deployment, including MUnit automated tests (coverage > 85%). I managed over 50 critical production interventions (bugfix/hotfix) with a resolution SLA of < 4 hours.

I also architected and implemented a complete API security solution based on OAuth 2.0 and JWT, thereby protecting the agency's sensitive data. In parallel, I set up an advanced monitoring system with Graylog, enabling proactive anomaly detection and a 60% reduction in incidents.

I trained 8 junior developers on MuleSoft best practices and documented all APIs in a technical wiki.
