I integrate into an existing team, with its tools, processes, and constraints. I ask questions at the beginning so I don't have to ask too many later, and I deliver continuously rather than disappearing for three weeks.

Single-handedly managed the development of a mobile app used by celebrities in Korea and by thousands of fans. Was the only technical person in the company, which gave me the responsibility of both Swift and Android code, as well as the PHP Codeigniter backend and managing the production server.
Rebuilt the whole app from scratch using Flutter, reducing code base by 50% and skyrocketing the code quality thus drastically improving the
