As an independent R&D trainer, I develop and deliver technical training for various audiences (engineers, technicians, students, etc.). Specializing in 3D printing (SLA, DLP, etc. technologies), I design and lead training sessions focused on the use of photopolymer resins. My responsibilities include:

• Design and planning of training modules covering the entire production workflow: 3D file preparation, printer configuration, post-processing, finishing, etc.

• Practical demonstrations and workshops to master the operation of 3D printers, selection of appropriate resins, and essential printing parameters.

• Personalized support for learners on modeling software (CAD/CAM) and optimization of printing supports to improve part quality.

• Implementation of evaluation methodologies to measure participant progress and propose continuous improvement strategies.

• Technological watch to stay updated on advancements in high-performance resins, polymerization processes, and innovative solutions in additive manufacturing. This experience allows me to share my expertise in 3D printing, encourage innovation among learners, and develop new pedagogical approaches for cutting-edge training. All these activities are conducted while maintaining the confidentiality required by my commitments.

• Head of mechanical workshop, complete renovation, selection and installation of machine tools. Implementation of an FDM and SLA 3D printing park. Training and support of the R&D/Production/System team on tooling and PPE. Significant reduction in expenses and increased prototyping autonomy.

• Head of metrology, calibration of tools and instruments for R&D and Production.

• Organization and layout of laboratories and open spaces following a significant increase in pace and number of employees (5S, Standards and compliance, planning, risk and safety management, ergonomic comfort…).

• Presentation and defense of projects in English to an audience of several dozen people across Europe.
