I was entirely responsible for the accounting and financial monitoring of several restaurants and grocery stores. I created clear dashboards, managed daily cash flow, and handled HR aspects (payroll, hiring, contracts, documents). I also reviewed and improved several internal processes to facilitate the team's work. I directly supported the executive in charge to ensure accurate accounts, better understand figures, and improve business profitability.

I managed the accounting for an IHG hotel and a real estate company. I was responsible for financial flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and closing preparations. I worked autonomously on account keeping and transaction verification, always ensuring compliance with procedures. I also served as the point of contact for teams and external partners when clarification was needed on transactions or accounting matters.

I monitored operating and investment budgets for the 28 municipalities of the Metropolis. I handled accounting, expense control, and financial analysis, then prepared reports for various departments. A significant part of the role also involved ensuring data reliability and supporting operational teams when they needed assistance or clarification on procedures.
