On the management side: I improve your existing tools (Excel, Power BI, scheduling) or build custom ones, automate repetitive tasks to give you back time, structure your organization, and build dashboards to manage your activity and profit margins. On the visibility side: website creation or redesign, local SEO, presence on Google and in various AI platforms. My background: six years in operational management of an agency with about thirty people (construction sites, safety, orders, treasury, budgets, HR, scheduling, inventory, logistics). Also technical lead for one of France's largest public fiber optic projects (around 1.7 billion euros), where I managed €300,000 in monthly invoicing: operating procedures developed with the national operator, team management, regional inventory valuation, closing, deliverables, and acceptance.

In parallel, I worked on construction sites for private companies and canvassed the public sector, then spent six months full-time training in AI before launching Studrix. The rigor required for a project of this magnitude, I now apply to your business, at your scale.
