♦ Manager of the operational excellence program at Cérèsia (LINEO) ♦ Deployment of the Lean Management approach (Operational Excellence) within the group (headquarters, silos, subsidiaries). (Change Management) ♦ Structuring of a program adapted to the supported processes (diagnosis, choice of tools according to the current level of processes and key performance indicators). ♦ Identification, support, and coordination of teams in improvement projects.

♦ Contributor to the deployment of a Lean Management approach at the Reims site to align with group expectations and achieve positive impacts on quality, costs, deadlines, safety, health, and environment, and finally on employees and company partners. ♦ To this end, it was necessary to acquire and transfer various knowledge to a group of 45 employees from different departments. The supported employees were then evaluated and certified by a third party if the expectations were met. ♦ Support is provided through different Lean modules such as problem-solving, implementation of standards, 5S projects, flow mapping and measurement, and visual management.
