I define and implement the security patch and system update management policy for a fleet of several thousand servers, ensuring compliance, traceability, and service continuity. I manage the entire patch lifecycle – from qualification to production deployment – by coordinating technical teams, application managers, and management.

I design and maintain automation pipelines (Ansible, Rundeck) to orchestrate Windows and Linux patch deployments, including VM snapshot management, EDR control (SentinelOne), multi-environment serialization, and automated JSON reporting. I administer Red Hat Satellite and WSUS platforms and ensure data consistency between the CMDB, Active Directory, and inventory tools (RVTools).

I manage the project backlog via Jira (sprint management, prioritization, deliverable tracking) and produce all structuring documentation: RACI matrices, exception processes, operator guides, remediation plans, and governance presentations.

Artificial Intelligence Integration:

I actively leverage generative AI technologies (Claude, GPT) as a daily productivity and operational excellence lever. This AI mastery allows me to drastically reduce production times for all my deliverables: generation and optimization of complex Ansible playbooks, accelerated writing of standardized technical documentation, analysis and consolidation of inventory datasets (Satellite, CMDB, AD), creation of interactive compliance monitoring dashboards, and automation of project communications and reports for stakeholders. AI is fully integrated into my work methodology, positioning me at the intersection of infrastructure expertise and technological innovation.
