Within the scrum team (3 people) in charge of the product repository management application (React / C#), as technical lead, I was responsible for making the application reliable (performance, error reporting and recovery, code quality improvement) as well as participating in the development of functional evolutions of this critical application in the production chain.

Within the technical team (4 people), as an expert, I was responsible for providing technical support to the various teams while handling various migration subjects. I was in charge of migrating 15 years of code history from TFS to Git with training and support for the dev teams (20 people), refactoring the in-house framework (30 projects) to make it .net core compatible while remaining usable in legacy projects. I was able to implement in all projects an automatic code documentation tool, a database monitoring tool to justify any modification, a framework dedicated to GDPR (classification, obfuscation, data anonymization, monitoring of exported data, control of development rules related to sensitive data manipulation).
