As the co-founder of Rehlee Industries, a leading Occupational Health and Safety Consultancy in South Africa, I played a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations ofthe teams. I led OHS management systems for multiple client sites across the country, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001 and local legal obligations. I developed safety documentation, SOPs, and employee training frameworks to enhance compliance and reduce audit findings.

As manager, I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supporting the owner in managing the business. I played a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between all departments maintaining efficient workflow. I ensured OHS and legal compliance across the company.

As Branch Manager at WHSE Training College, I oversaw training programs focused on OHS compliance, safety officer development, and workplace regulatory requirements. I was actively involved in both administrative and client facing roles, ensuring that businesses met regulatory standards. I managed the administration, client relations, and certification processes for high-volume trainees.
