Hello,
I have been an independent consultant since 2022 and recently returned to Toulouse after several assignments in France and a 6-year expatriation in Hungary at Valeo. I left Valeo in September 2022 to set up my own transition management structure.
With two successful initial transition experiences, I am now listening to the market for freelance purchasing/supply chain consultant assignments.
My value proposition is: “Immediate operational support and development consulting". My positioning is therefore more focused on operations than on classic consulting: diagnosis and recommendations. I can therefore intervene in situations such as a recruitment need (temporary replacement for a vacant position for a few months), a supplier crisis, a difficult project, or a junior department that needs a boost!
Currently on a part-time assignment, I am available 4 days a week, from Tuesday to Friday until April 2024.
