Senior Agile Coach, People & Team Leader, Scrum Master and RTE with 18+ years in complex technology environments. For the past 5 years I have worked at ASML, one of the world's most complex high-tech engineering organisations, where I built 7 multidisciplinary teams and led them to high-performing level, with measurable results: predictability +35%, cycle time -30%, incidents -50%.

What sets me apart: I started as an Embedded Software Engineer, so I understand how software is built and how technical teams think. I combine that technical credibility with deep SAFe expertise (multiple Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, acting as Release Train Engineer (RTE)) and a genuine drive to develop people: coaching individuals 1-on-1, stabilising teams in conflict, building safe feedback cultures and supporting leadership in their growth.

I am at my best when I can: coach and grow individuals, teams and leaders across roles; stabilise teams and resolve conflict; build high-performing, self-managing teams and ultimately make myself redundant.

I came to the Netherlands as a refugee at 13 and built everything from scratch, that shaped how I lead: with resilience, empathy and courage.

I work with organisations across Europe, remote or hybrid, with willingness to travel within the EU, through my own consultancy, Kenox Consulting B.V. Available from July 2026.

Drawing on 20+ years of martial arts across karate, kickboxing, BJJ, MMA and Krav Maga, I specialise in kickboxing and Muay Thai. I took up teaching at the invitation of the schools owner following my recovery from a lower-back hernia and have been coaching there ever since, focused on building technique, discipline and confidence in every student.
