QA Leadership:

- Definition and implementation of the test strategy (functional, E2E, automated, UAT).
- Coordination of the integrator's QA teams and monitoring of tests carried out by Product Owners.
- Preparation of releases and synchronization with project teams.
- Organization of UAT campaigns and design of data sets.
- Rigorous quality monitoring and regular reporting to stakeholders.
