Distributed Agile Coaching: intervention on specific topics/issues for about twenty teams (Diagnostic carried out upstream with the team to assess their Scrum/Agile maturity and/or obstacles before intervention, ensuring the development of skills & agile maturity) Agile portfolio management & large-scale synchronization of « strategic programs » Coaching of middle management & leadership on the principles of « lean management » & agile « mindset » Coaching of teams including Product Owner & Scrum Master on their roles & responsibilities (Scrum & Kanban) Change management support for leadership & Project Manager/PMO (training in agile practices, facilitation of workshops such as story mapping, impact mapping, kaizen, etc.)

Scrum master for two Big Data teams Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies: Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Retro, Daily standups. Coaching of teams & Product Owner on their roles & responsibilities in Scrum. Helping to create a culture based on "feedback", recognition, team spirit and trust. Communication, coordination and coaching at the management level and between different cross-functional teams & IT departments. Preparation and facilitation of Workshops at the team and Strategic Programs level. (Training/mentoring on Agile principles & Scrum methodology)
