I managed partnerships and networks across South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore, brought new collaborators to work with Creative Valley, and organized multiple events in Paris (including fintech events promoting Hong Kong: speakers, program, promotion). I represented Creative Valley at major fairs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Paris, handled CRM/HubSpot operations (clients, partners, alumni), coordinated the team’s work, and created marketing assets (visuals, startup features). I also designed a turnkey event stand “package” for startups and institutional profiles in Hong Kong (business, marketing, sales, on‑site onboarding) and acted as first point of contact for the founder (agenda, meetings, briefings). This revived and relaunched Creative Valley’s Asian network, strengthened its positioning as a European (not just French) reference incubator, and freed the founder’s time to focus on high‑stakes executive moments while I ran the backstage.

I also ran a short market study for a client (Hylé) to inform positioning.
