CONTEXT: The closure of the Trélazé Datacenter was decided. The new platform will be hosted at the Marcoussis & les Clayes sites. Approximately 200 applications and modules are currently hosted in Trélazé, particularly on obsolete platforms that will need to be migrated according to the strategy established based on the scope and constraints (Rehosting, Replatforming, Lift&Shift, etc.).

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Management of application obsolescence (OS, application components, ...)

• Management of the migration of La Poste Network applications to the new BGPN IS

• Execution of DRP studies with definition of SLA levels and resilience architecture

• Implementation of data resilience architecture (active/active or active/passive)

• Establishment of application, infrastructure, network, and security mappings

• Coordination of project onboarding and integration work on ITAAS platforms

• Implementation of monitoring and performance KPIs

• Scoping the de-integration of the DSIBA (Banking IS) SIBP

Ensuring end-to-end consistency of architectures and technical choices, defining Cloud strategies to leverage IaaS and PaaS Services, Participating in architectural evolutions during studies and/or audits, Collecting and understanding needs and constraints, Participating in architecture development, targeting and managing implementation, Defining rules, recommending and implementing tools to optimize costs, Specifying needs (performance, availability, security), Defining technical architecture and automation solutions, Ensuring technological watch.

CONTEXT: Furthermore, to meet the growing demand for its "Cloud PI" IaaS offering, the DNUM, within the technical architecture and infrastructure sub-directorate, is striving to increase its support capacity for its clients by developing a cloud integrator competence center within the Hosting Project Section (SPH) of the Hosting Steering and Support Bureau (BPAH). I am responsible for implementing the Cloud strategy within the IS Directorate, taking into account legal aspects (data confidentiality, ...), technical aspects, and financial aspects by establishing eligibility conditions and migration processes following the IS and application audit.
