Study and development of lifting and handling tools (carts, winches, beams, spreaders...) for SOLEIL II equipment (beams, vacuum chambers).

3D design (NX) of equipment, creation of detail and assembly drawings, mechanical calculations.

Complete study and realization of special machines, tooling, and test benches.

Project cost estimation.

3D design of equipment (SolidWorks, CATIA V5), creation of assembly drawings, equipment assembly, load testing, mechanical calculations, writing user manuals.

Elaboration and updating of technical files, project monitoring, search for specific suppliers, site monitoring, updating and/or creation of manufacturing drawings using CAD software (Autocad and Inventor), research and implementation of manufacturing processes and workstation organization, recording items and bills of materials in the ERP system, participation in research and development projects. Main administrator of the PLM (Vault).
