• Optimization and update of processes

◦ Active participation in clearing a significant backlog following the change freeze for the Olympic Games, which impacted ongoing work for 2 months.

◦ Analysis and reports on the evolution of the change backlog

• Backup for Level 3/4 change pilot (3 weeks)

◦ Writing of a job description for the Level 3/4 change pilot

◦ Qualification and planning of Level 3/4 changes with Level 2 administrators.

AMOA Project: PARIS PROJECT (Relocation) Assistance to the Project Owner for Relocation Objective: Relocate 5000 people from 6 different Parisian region sites to a single site covering 87 km², with 47 km² of office space and 40 km² of technical engineering laboratory. 400 km of copper cable, 4 km of fiber optic. Coordinator of all IT department schedules in relation to other trades (including site management, construction, civil architects, electricians, air conditioning technicians, etc.). Architect and planner for Production, Non-Production, and backup network rooms. Weekly reporting to German management (Head of EADS DS IT division). Main point of contact for all internal IT and external services (application, engineering, construction, civil security, etc.). Monitoring of commitments related to schedules, budgets, and the achievement of each defined milestone. Risk monitoring for the project due to deviations or delays from various trades. Civil architect for new IT department offices.
