During my volunteer experiences with several associations, I noticed the lack of financial education among many working women and students.

I therefore created a financial management training that helped 75% of participants permanently get out of overdraft within 6 months, as well as a personalized coaching method to get out of debt. I currently support individuals resolving debts ranging from €10k to over €100k.

Today, I also lead workshops on economic analysis and financial education for working women and entrepreneurs. We cover: debt, budget management, savings, investment, and valuing skills through entrepreneurship.

As head of administrative and financial management, I coordinated teams of 5 to 15 people for various events such as soup kitchens and various social actions.

My main responsibilities included:

• Active participation in the creation of the association "Amour des nations", including defining its vision, structure, and organizational framework, proposing different scenarios and considering legal and operational constraints.

• Implementation of the association's governance, including appointing managers and defining roles and responsibilities.

• Management of the association's financial aspects, including participation in the development of the budget, monitoring expenses and revenues, preparing financial reports, and purchasing strategies.

• Creation and implementation of tools and processes to facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.

Results:

- Deadline adherence: all projects and events were completed on time.

- Efficient budget management: no budget overruns, with average savings of 25% of the initial budget per event and project.

• Management of the company's communication process transformation by migrating two CRMs to a single tool, optimizing operational efficiency and data management.

• Configuration, customization, and administration of Zoho CRM (data imports/exports, custom spaces, dashboards, and reports via Zoho Analytics) to meet specific business needs, demonstrating technical expertise and the ability to adapt tools to business requirements.

• Creation of training, user guides, and technical support materials, conducting training sessions to facilitate employee adoption of Zoho and its ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Forms, Survey, Analytics), highlighting skills in change management and pedagogy.

• Design and execution of targeted email campaigns to foster engagement, adoption of new tools, and dissemination of key information.
