I created a financial education training platform that helped 75% of participants permanently get out of overdraft within 6 months, as well as a personalized coaching method for getting out of debt. I currently assist individuals resolving debts ranging from €10k to over €100k.

Today, I also lead workshops on economic analysis and financial education for active women and entrepreneurs, and manage a team of 4 people to ensure the excellence and quality of our services. We cover: debt, budget management, savings, investment, and skill development through entrepreneurship.

Situation: Coexistence of two rapidly accelerating national structures, slowed down by a lack of budgetary visibility and operational risks linked to manual cash flow management.

Mission: To build the overall organizational architecture from scratch, streamline management, and industrialize treasury control.

Actions: Complete modeling of the operational poles' framework (roles, powers). Implementation of centralized solutions (HelloAsso, Mon Compte Asso), creation of Excel-based budget forecasting matrices, and deployment of a strict expense approval protocol.

Results: 100% of projects delivered on time with cross-functional management of 5 to 15 employees. Major budgetary optimization with an average saving of 25%.

Situation: Fragmentation of business data and significant loss of velocity due to the coexistence of two separate and obsolete CRM tools.

Mission: To unify the company's information ecosystem within a single infrastructure (Zoho) to optimize team efficiency.

Actions: Analysis of business needs, complete management of the technical migration to Zoho CRM, modeling of automated financial dashboards (Zoho Analytics), and change management (guidelines, training workshops). Ensuring GDPR compliance.

Results: Successful centralization of the communication cycle and 100% adoption of the new tool by cross-functional teams.
