Annual strategic consulting mission (+ €100,000) for SURMAC Guyana, the exclusive Caterpillar dealer in Guyana, operating in a complex multicultural environment (Guyana, Suriname, Amazon basin).

Scope of intervention: development and deployment of a multi-year strategic roadmap, development of local leadership and support for operational managers, structuring of partnerships with institutional actors and training centers, introduction of lean management practices to optimize service quality and resource allocation.

The mission combined monthly remote interventions and quarterly on-site visits, with continuous performance monitoring and real-time strategic adjustments. Deliverables: quarterly and annual strategic plans, customized training programs, performance evaluations, operational recommendations.

Co-founder and Managing Partner of Amazon Invest, a private equity and financial intermediation platform specializing in the strategic Amazon-Caribbean and Indian Ocean corridors. Amazon Invest finances and supports entrepreneurs with high-potential projects in French overseas territories — local healthcare, logistics, energy, industrial services, environmental projects — by structuring tailor-made investment vehicles combining private capital, bank debt, and public aid. As Managing Partner, I oversee the animation of the sectoral and institutional ecosystem, provide strategic support to portfolio entrepreneurs, and develop partnerships with public and private actors (BpiFrance, AFD, Banque des Territoires, CCI, French Tech). I contribute to the production of territorial economic intelligence that enables institutional investors, family offices, and funds to make informed decisions in under-documented markets.
