• • Customer-oriented handling of all tasks and ensuring high service quality.

• • Contact person for external service providers, suppliers, and head office.

• • Development of cooperations and partnerships

• • Customer acquisition (Individual special equipment search)

• • Purchasing / Sales activities (Import & Export of used and new medical technology devices)

• • Administration of the online shop (Shopware) and ERP CRM inventory management system (Dolibarr)

• • Medical technology projects (Tenders, planning, procurement, implementation)

• • Member of the VHP Management Board.

• • Operational, technical, and personnel management of the construction and medical technology project teams. Development/further development of the specialized departments.

• • Project leadership / project management.

• • Project preparation for new hospital construction projects in collaboration with clients, general contractors, planners, authorities, and other stakeholders.

• • Contact person within the entire group for VHP Switzerland projects.

• • Support of Market Development in acquiring new projects, further developing the service portfolio, and expanding the customer base and networking with decision-makers in the Swiss healthcare system.
