Project for implementing the MyRegData tool. Management of a strategic project for the implementation of MyRegData, a financial data collection, verification, and analysis solution, for the Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams. Coordination of internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Data) and external stakeholders (MyRegData publisher, integrators) across all project phases: scoping, specifications, acceptance testing, deployment. Facilitation of project committees, monitoring of schedule, risks, and deliverables. Implementation of project management and data quality indicators through MyRegData reporting modules.

Study and analysis of CDM needs and drafting of specifications. Development of schedules and rigorous monitoring of milestones. Facilitation of design workshops with business teams and the integrator team. Coordination between different stakeholders (developers, DBAs, testers, and Project Manager) to ensure harmonious planning. Preparation and participation in the steering committee. Design of test cases and monitoring of functional acceptance testing. User training on the application and its functionalities: Support and change management.

Production of prudential capital Corep and group solvency report Corep CA6. Monitoring of expected losses and provisions for expected losses. Monitoring of eligible UCITS in own funds. Drafting of the summary note of work for management. Reconciliation of provisions between accounting and risks.
