I bring something most consultants don't: a decade of peer-reviewed research on leadership ethics and organizational culture, combined with real consulting experience built around executive decision-making. I've worked across five countries, published and presented internationally.

I work through leadership assessments, workshops, advisory relationships, writing and speaking engagements. Typically with organizations where the human complexity is high and the cost of getting it wrong is higher.
