About Katrin

When something isn't working in your organization, a leadership team underperforming, a culture that's shifted, a transition that needs to go right, I help you understand what's actually driving it and what to do about it.

I bring something most consultants don't: a decade of peer-reviewed research on leadership ethics and organizational culture, combined with real consulting experience built around executive decision-making. I've worked across five countries, published and presented internationally.

I work through leadership assessments, workshops, advisory relationships, writing and speaking engagements. Typically with organizations where the human complexity is high and the cost of getting it wrong is higher.

If this resonates, I'd love to have a talk.

Working with organizations and leaders on the problems most people in the room already sense but nobody's saying out loud, where leadership, culture, and performance intersect. The entry point varies: sometimes it's an advisory conversation, sometimes a workshop, sometimes a piece of writing or a talk.
