I work with executives when conflicts escalate, conversations get stuck, or decisions are blocked.

Conflicts hinder progress.Issues remain unspoken, tensions harden, and responsibility is shifted. I help to resolve these conflicts in a structured way – with the goal of enabling those involved to make decisions and take action again.

I moderate and guide the process. I don't provide solutions, but rather create a framework in which conflicting parties can take responsibility and reach sustainable agreements.

I work in mediations and team-related resolution formats– between two or more parties at the executive or team level.

In addition to acute conflicts,I support executives in 1:1 coaching,when they need to prepare for difficult conversations or navigate complex areas of tension.
