As a driven individual, I believe in daring to do things differently to achieve different results. My mission is to help companies install a positive work culture and implement leadership strategies, translating this into sustainable results. To achieve this, I rely on in-depth knowledge and a wealth of insights in the fields of organizational culture, development, leadership, management, change, and communication, gained through a career in various profit and non-profit sectors.

My drive to learn and discover formed the basis of an internationally oriented career with years of experience abroad.

I hold an MBA in International Project Management from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge; a Master's in Japanese Studies from EHSAL Brussels, and a Master's in Oriental Philology from K.U.L. In addition to this educational background, I have continuously developed myself throughout my career through various development programs. She has been Founding Partner of marbl bv since 2014.
