I am Katinka Körting and founded the agency Matrushka advertising in 2020, which has specialized in brand development over the years.

I offer various services in the areas of content and visual brand development, creation of visuals, packaging, content creation, graphic design, web design, and much more.

The mother was a medium-sized agency with clients like Hilcona, Homann, but also Lange and Söhne. I took on the role of Creative Lead and was thus part of the management. The agency increasingly focused on strategy, and I learned a lot about brand core, etc. Brands were viewed from an angle I hadn't known before.

At Scholz & Friends, during my time there, I was consistently the lead Art Director for Danone, responsible for brands like Activia, Actimel, Fruchtzwerge, Oikos, and Dany. Additionally, I worked on campaigns for VHV Versicherung after the testimonial change from Dieter Bohlen to Til Schweiger. I also carried out projects for the following clients: Deutsche Bank, Opel, Henkel, Schwarzkopf, Vodafone, and a lot of pitch business.

Here I gained experience with major brands, conducted shoots and filming domestically and abroad with and for international clients, accompanied pre- and post-productions, gained initial leadership experience in my team, and coordinated projects.
