I deliver leadership and professional capability programmes across EMEA, AMS and APAC for ServiceNow's Global Learning and Development function, working with audiences from onboarding and early-career through to senior leadership. Topics include coaching and feedback, psychological safety, radical candour, leading through change, strategic influence, and performance management.

Alongside delivery, I partner with SMEs to design learning journeys, develop session materials, and build blended programme content. I have also upskilled over 20 internal facilitators through structured training, coaching, and delivery observation.

Satisfaction scores consistently range from 4.6 to 4.96 out of 5 across programmes covering 1,000+ leaders and 318 customer-facing employees.

I held end-to-end responsibility for learning strategy, curriculum design, and programme delivery within a professional services consultancy, working across multiple client organisations spanning the UK, Asia, and the Middle East.

My work included designing learning pathways aligned to industry standards and organisational priorities, developing eLearning and VILT content with SME input, creating job aids and learner guides, and reviewing and redesigning existing materials to improve quality and engagement. I also developed role-specific capability standards that were adopted for recruitment and performance management.

I worked with senior stakeholders across global, multi-site organisations, translating strategic goals into structured, practical learning solutions.

I led curriculum design and staff development within a senior leadership role at an international school, redesigning learning pathways to ensure clear progression and alignment to regulatory standards. I delivered regular training sessions on organisational priorities, conducted structured staff observations to identify development needs, and used learner data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
