After years spent in the industrial world in support functions (notably as a computer scientist) and corporate, my life path led me to a professional reorientation that began in 2012. I theorized my knowledge in andragogy towards Professional Training for Adults and Coaching.

Author of the SAMIRAMIS method (Substitution, Improvement, Maturation, Iteration, Termination, Anticipation, Modification, Innovation, Solution), I support business leaders and their employees in digital transition and specialize in creating Digital Learning training paths.

Adaptive learning: the goal is to adjust learning to the needs of each learner, to be "learner-centric", following an agile approach that ensures the incrementation of novelty and technology as substitution occurs. We start from the existing to test it until the finished product, taking into account acceptance of change.
