• Maintain existing applications (run)

• Respond to analysis requests from the Property and Health Insurance Directorate in collaboration with various business lines (marketing, risk actuarial, health actuarial) by developing and industrializing dashboards on data

• Collect and analyze business requests (WPS program development, data extraction, testing)

• Develop Power BI applications to enable business lines to steer their activity: data modeling and reporting

• Automate semi-manual processes

• Deliver developments to testing and production

• Monitor production:

◦ Anomaly management

• Create operating procedures, detailed technical specifications

• Comply with GDPR requirements by ensuring data exchange security (locked files, protected and timed SharePoint links, authorization management)

• Respond to regulatory requests (France Assureur, ACPR)

Within the Data/Analysis and Data Exploitation unit of the IT department (team of 4 people), the mission consists of operational monitoring, producing specific analyses following business requests, and with a view to improvement, carrying out or completing the associated documentation and automating recurring manual processes. The data scope generally revolves around contribution data, health and provident benefits, and client company workforce data.

• Participate in requirements gathering and estimation

• Develop enhancements (creation of new scope for group resolution, management rule evolutions, creation of consistency checks in VBA and SAS) and use common macro-program libraries.

• Analyze incidents, interface with BPCE-IT teams if necessary

• Application maintenance

• Maintain sources in BitBucket

• Unit testing, creation of test data sets, execution of shell scripts

• Test and deliver developments

• Support business lines in the smooth running of acceptance testing and homologation

• Monitor production:
