Human Resources professional for 15 years, I have evolved in transversal roles, allowing me to be versatile across all major HR areas (Recruitment, HR Admin, Training, Payroll, HRIS, Employee Representative Bodies).

Over the last 5 years, I have specialized in social management control and salary policy management in a multi-site environment.

I have also developed my managerial skills over time, particularly in the hospital sector by uniting teams to successfully carry out projects in a tense social context.

I intervene mainly for:

- Managing daily HR tasks, especially in small structures (HR Administration, variable payroll, training, recruitment, ...)

- Specific missions (Audits, process redesign, salary policy development, ...)

- Covering absences in a position (long-term absence, awaiting recruitment)

I can perform missions in person in Paris, Yvelines, northern Eure-et-Loir, and throughout France for remote missions with occasional travel.
