Administration, configuration, and management of routers, switches, and firewalls (Fortinet, Mikrotik, Bintec, Cisco). Monitoring of xDSL/FTTx access links via Centreon and Zabbix. Remote network IT troubleshooting and assistance. Writing technical documentation, operating manuals, and procedures. Patching on the rack. Administration, management, and deployment of physical & cloud IPBX (3CX, WILDIX, CENTREX). Implementation of VOIP network systems (IP Phones, gateways, wireless access points...). Management and resolution of level 1 network & VoIP incidents, and level 2 and 3 escalations. Management of Microsoft Office tools. Active Directory (User creation, rights modification). Management of client deployment projects.
