As part of my apprenticeship for the MBA Event Project Manager, I work in direct collaboration with management to organize events aimed at strengthening employee cohesion and engagement. My role involves managing internal communication and planning employee events, such as team building and group activities designed to improve collaboration and workplace atmosphere. I am also responsible for organizing external events, such as the 41 challenge and company open days to celebrate the site's 60th anniversary, while involving employees in these initiatives. My goal is to create a positive and dynamic work environment, focusing on employee well-being and involvement.

In my role as Event Project Assistant, I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various events, both in France and internationally. My responsibilities included complete logistical management of events, from venue preparation to supplier coordination, as well as managing invitations and participant registrations. In collaboration with internal teams, I participated in budget development, ensuring adherence to financial constraints throughout the projects.

I also oversaw the internal and external communication for events, managing social media and creating visual materials for event promotion.

In parallel, I provided administrative support, managing event-related documents, and handling post-event follow-up, including analyzing participant feedback and developing reports to improve future event planning.

As a Quality Control Technician at Trescal, I was primarily responsible for performing mass and electrical checks in the laboratory, ensuring that instruments met quality and safety standards. My tasks included using specialized equipment for precision measurements, verifying product conformity, and calibrating measuring instruments. I also conducted electrical and mass tests to ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment before it was put into service. My work contributed to ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality requirements, essential in sectors such as aeronautics and electronics.
