Highly experienced in the development of innovative products and services, starting with Corporate Innovation management for one of the UK's top banks, then supporting startups across the world to develop new products and services, and finally working as the Chief Operating Officer and Product Lead in a healthtech startup.

Global Innovation Expert with extensive experience of all areas of the innovation ecosystem, including 8 years in Corporate Innovation in the Financial Services, 3 years in academic support of startups, and most recently as COO of a HealthTech startup. I have worked with business across the world, including 3 years in Silicon Valley developing Open Innovation partnerships, an international research project meeting 200 startups and startup support services across 20 countries, and teaching Global Innovation Ecosystems on a Masters programme in Bilbao, Spain.

With a Master of Business Innovation and 15 years of experience across all aspects of innovation, I support businesses developing innovative new products and services, particularly in the technology space. I can help businesses of any size at all stages of the product development lifecycle, or more generally with business strategy. I have worked with everyone from the C-Suite of Fortune 500 enterprises to brand new entrepreneurs starting their business journey.

I have managed multi-year academic partnerships with millions in government funding, and led Operations installing technology in frantic hospital settings. I have also advised regional communities on how to build a successful innovation ecosystem.

My breadth and variety of experience gives me a unique view of business strategy and how to innovate. Alongside this management and strategy experience, I also have a suite of hands on skills, including web development and content creation, video production, database management and data analytics, and development of branding and presentations.
