- COMPANY SET-UP: Business Plan, foundation

- PRODUCT RESEARCH: products and suppliers search, supplier management, import management with carrier

- MARKET UNDERSTANDING: competitor analysis, target group definition, margin statement

- SHIPPING: negotiation with fulfilment partner, get eco-friendly packaging

- ONLINE SHOP: creation of Corporate Identity, development of online store and product pictures, arrangement of contracts with PSP and respective payment providers

- CUSTOMER SERVICE

- REPORTING

- ONLINE MARKETING: establishment of a customer journey funnel, integration of SEO and SEA , set-up of e-mail marketing, adding reviews, activation of Facebook and Instagram Feeds, placement of Social Media Ads, consideration of Influencer Marketing, setting-up campaigns

• Heading a team of 6 employees and 2 Consultants

• Defining and executing the Compliance Operations strategy and its book of work governing over 60 initiatives

• Driving as global lead the Global Periodic Review Framework of the FINMA Task Force 2019 where frequent meetings and exposure to Divisional CEOs, CCO ExCo Members, Front Office COOs given as well as close collaboration with senior Ds and MDs from 1st and 2nd Line of Defense functions

• Directly leading internal initiatives and business integration efforts of new tools/ standards within Compliance Operations to ensure the effectiveness, consistency and global harmonization of control processes & procedures (e. g. CID 2.0, FCC Portal upgrades, CCU International harmonization)

• Exerting strong influence by representing Compliance Operations in the delivery of CCO projects to ensure the effective and efficient operationalization of new tools and standards into Compliance Operations including executing proper testing prior go-live and initiating training and communication of Compliance Operations (e. g. Comsphere SDD/EDD/PEP, CDD standards, SCV etc.)
