Mission context:

Izzzi is a solution for higher education institutions to collect student feedback on courses in real-time, while respecting Qualiopi criteria. The challenge: to offer an intuitive web app, quick to deploy, and designed for smooth use by both instructors and learners.

Achievements / Missions:

I led a complete UX process: persona definition, V1 design, user testing with pedagogical departments, feedback analysis with AI assistance, then feature prioritization. After discussions with the tech team, we iterated on an MVP focused on actual needs. The interface allows for immediate understanding, 100% anonymous feedback, integrated AI assistance, and rapid deployment. A structured UI kit was designed to ensure product scalability.

Mission context:

Jedy, an edtech player, wanted to improve the experience of its instructors through a dedicated application, while harmonizing its internal tools. The need: a product centralizing key instructor tasks (schedules, syllabi, grades) and a coherent UI kit to standardize the existing ecosystem.

Achievements / Missions:

The project began with an analysis of user needs conducted with internal teams and instructors. A functional MVP was co-built, integrating priority daily uses. User tests were conducted with instructors in real-world situations, and feedback was continuously integrated to evolve the solution. In parallel, I designed a modular UI kit, now used across all Jedy tools, to ensure visual and functional continuity.

Context:

Supporting startups, SMEs, and agencies on various digital projects: SaaS platforms, e-commerce sites, web and mobile applications, showcase and e-commerce websites.
