I helped to establish and implement the necessary Covid-19 guidelines required in the venue as this establishment was opened during the pandemic. I was integral in setting up the social media team's relationship with the establishment and other managers, whilst also efficiently giving direction to the SM team about what we want our online presence to be. I followed trends and used this research to continue to move the business forward in all aspects, including promotions, entertainment, social media 'giveaways', in house advertising, and menu changes.
