I am a consultant in strategy and complex project management, bilingual English-French, PRINCE2 certified and trained in Agile methods. I have coordinated several innovative European projects, including the creation of an institute in theoretical neuroscience and the development of global health initiatives within a university alliance.

I support organizations in structuring, steering, and animating high-impact projects, with particular attention to collective dynamics, process rigor, and strategic relevance.

With a hybrid background (private, cultural, associative, and academic sectors), I easily adapt to varied, multicultural, and interdisciplinary contexts, and I am familiar with the Paris-Saclay ecosystem and its challenges.
