Many small and medium-sized enterprises have the same situation: The numbers are there, but they are scattered across twelve Excel files, and no one has an overview. A large consultancy is too expensive and too detached – so everything remains as it is.

This is exactly where I come in. I create a clear, initial dashboard for companies that have so far been left to their own devices with their data – or I bring order to grown reporting chaos. Pragmatic, understandable, and without consultant jargon.

I can do this because I know both sides: I have a Master's degree in Economics (Humboldt University Berlin) and training as a Data Analyst (Sorbonne Paris) – and I was a CEO myself for 20 years. I know how it feels to have to make a decision without having the right figures at hand.
