Most recently, I worked as an operational interim recruiter in the global Corporate Functions area for one of the largest players in renewable energies, filling 26 vacancies within 6 months. These roles were in Finance, Legal, and some positions in Engineering. The ATS used was SAP Success Factors. I advised senior executives and conducted interviews with them.

I have many years of experience in recruiting. I worked for many years as a freelance headhunter on a project basis and then developed into interim recruiting.
