As CTO at DeedPoint, I led the design and development of an innovative messaging application based on geolocalized chat spaces accessible via QR code. The application allows users to join chat rooms dedicated to a physical location (bars, events, unique public spaces) by scanning a QR code, to exchange in real-time with people present on site. I was responsible for the technical architecture, technology choices, application development, as well as the platform's deployment and scalability. This project is part of a logic of product innovation, social interaction, and user experience, by connecting the physical and digital worlds.

Creation and management of the MyRdv project, an intelligent medical routing application designed to optimize the travel and organization of nurses and healthcare professionals. The solution allows for optimal route planning, improved home care quality, and reduced travel times through advanced optimization logic. MyRdv is used by 84 laboratories, demonstrating the application's robustness, reliability, and business relevance in a large-scale healthcare context. I was responsible for product design, project management, solution development, as well as its deployment and evolution, in collaboration with end-users.
