For an international insurance company offering a range of services including trade credit insurance, debt collection, bonds and guarantees, trade fraud insurance, and political risk protection.

I was hired as a Senior Business Analyst (BA) to model and define financial activities and associated tools.

I was selected for this position due to my knowledge of integration and APIs. All my assignments involved data flows and APIs, including event streaming.

Once the problem was clearly understood and formalized, I wrote the general functional specifications and the testing specifications. I ensured that the

delivered solution complied with business requirements and regulatory constraints.

My main assignments were international sanctions streaming (in the context of the 2023 wars) and the status of premium payments before claim settlement.

For a large group, a leader in the energy sector, engaged in both repositioning and restructuring to address current societal challenges. This transformation involves defining a core finance model as well as a core procurement function to standardize procedures, increase synergies, and facilitate group management.

In this context, my mission initially consisted, along with other writers, in drafting the general design document for the new e-Procurement Core Model.

This drafting was the result of a series of workshops, brainstorming sessions, benchmarks, and the collection of requirements from the business, corporate, and regional levels.

Position based in La Défense, international context, interactions with numerous parties including JICAP Performance for management and AMOA.

The core model's software component relies heavily on SAP solutions, S4 HANA and SAP Ariba, but not exclusively.

SynerTrade is a 20 years old eProcurement software editor. In 2018: They reached Gartner's magic quadrant. They were also bought by the Econocom Group. The Synertrade board has been renewed with the objective of scaling up. I joined this company during the momentum as a project director, to manage projects, coach PMs and to contribute organizing Professionnal Services (delivery) Specific tasks :
