Overall responsibility as Product Owner for a public transport IT portfolio of approx. €58 million per annum.

Management of complex stakeholder landscapes (departments, IT, works council, external partners) for the management of complex public transport software systems in the DB Station & Service environment.

Planning and implementation of large IT projects in logistics & transport (approx. 1,500 person-days/year)
