The story began with my grandmother when I was 6 years old, who used to take out her beautiful powder compact and satin lipstick from her handbag. Each time, I was fascinated by the beauty of the gesture, and it gave me a real emotion. This emotion has become my signature.

So, it was natural for me to progress in major international groups, working on proprietary brands like Coty and L'Oréal before joining a retailer.
What drives me in my profession is working 360 degrees on strategic and organizational transformation topics, in service of the business.

My expertise is structured around three main pillars:

I am convinced that people and teams make the difference. My coaching certification allows me to develop teams by valuing the collective in service of the business.
At Sephora, I deployed a retail performance program, integrating 1,800 in-house sales staff in 28 countries and 2,000 stores, and making education a strategic and business partner for the brand.
